Terms of Service

By accessing or using RaSEC ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You may only use RaSEC to test systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Unauthorized scanning, testing, or attacking of third-party systems is strictly prohibited and may violate computer fraud laws including the CFAA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act), GDPR, and similar legislation in your jurisdiction. You agree to: • Only scan targets you own or have written permission to test • Not use RaSEC for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations • Obtaining proper authorization before testing any target • The accuracy of information you provide to us You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period • Unused credits or scans do not roll over between billing periods • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice • All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise

RaSEC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • All vulnerabilities will be detected • Results will be accurate or complete • The service will meet your specific requirements In no event shall RaSEC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms of Service • Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems • Fraudulent or illegal activity • Non-payment of fees Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
