Terms of Service
Effective date: January 1, 2025. Please read these terms carefully before using RaSEC Hunt.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RaSEC Hunt (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and RaSEC Hunt (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Description of Service
RaSEC Hunt is an AI-powered security research platform that helps bug bounty hunters and security professionals test web applications within defined scope boundaries. The Service includes automated reconnaissance, vulnerability detection, validation workflows, and report generation tools.
Important: RaSEC Hunt is designed exclusively for authorized security testing. You must have explicit written permission from the target system’s owner before conducting any security tests. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited and may violate applicable laws including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar legislation in your jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use RaSEC Hunt, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@rasec.app
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RaSEC Hunt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to test systems you do not have explicit authorization to test
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features
- Use the Service to conduct attacks intended to cause harm, data loss, or service disruption
- Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through official APIs
Violations of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
RaSEC Hunt offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Taxes: Prices shown exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your location.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RaSEC Hunt. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data, reports, or content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Security research tools by nature interact with complex systems; results may include false positives or false negatives. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any findings before acting on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RASEC HUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the Service poses a risk to others or to the Service itself.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting us at legal@rasec.app. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination before permanent deletion.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by displaying a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
